TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Terms of Sale - CASH.  A 25% deposit is required on all orders.  Balance due on delivery.  A finance charge at the rate of 1 1/2 % per month (18% annually) will be charged on any balance after 30 days

Packing and Shipping.  Packing boxes will be charged at cost.  The customer shall designate preference of shipping - UPS, UPS Air, Air Freight, bus or truck.  The customer must file a claim with the transportation company if shipment is damaged in transit.  Notification must also be given to Stokes' Blueberry Nursery.

All orders are accepted subject to crop failure and damage by natural causes.  We reserve the right to refund all or any part of payment made.  We have no control over the care and handling that the plants receive after leaving our nursery.  therefore we give no warranty expressed or implied as to the growth or productivity, and will not in any way be responsible for the results secured in transplanting.
